Development started in 2005 and the first useful version was available to my graduate students in Feb. 2006. A slow revision period extended from then until October 7, 2008 (download version 1.9) when it was decided to drop the Netron library written in GDI++ in favor of creating a GraphSynth-specific drawing and display surface, which is now written entirely as a WPF .NET3.5 application.

Windows Development This website focuses mainly on revisions to GraphSynth 2 for Windows. The current version 2.00.10.xxx still has many things that need to be done. This link focuses on that development.

Mac/Linux Development

Using Mono, we seek to make a compatible version of many of GraphSynth''s features for the Linux and Mac platforms. That development is found here.
